Freight's stoneware trivets are a simple but highly versatile design. They can be used as a rest for hot pans or dishes on a table or work surface but also work well as cheese platters and cake stands. The stark simplicity of these trivets frame food beautifully.

The black trivet comes unglazed for a beautiful matt black finish. This sandy texture also provides some grip so that pans and foodstuffs are less likely to slip. The trivet has a small shadow gap around the edge making it easier to lift off a surface. Stoneware is a hard wearing material and can withstand high temperatures which makes it perfect for this application.
