The Pandoro is the king of Italian Christmas cakes and is a staple on any table during the festive season. A beautiful elongated star shaped cake which when dusted with icing sugar looks like a snow covered mountain. Hand wrapped and traditionally tied with string and a dried grape vine as a handle. It is the perfect gift to take as a present to a hosts house & share. Traditionally baked for Christmas. & available from November.
These comes from a family bakery in Verona which we had the chance to go & visit & see the production of these amazing cakes.
