This balsamic vinegar made by A L’Olivier’s is an IGP product, which means it is produced to strict guidelines in Modena, Italy. It is made from 25% cooked grape must, producing this wonderful mahogany coloured balsamic vinegar which has a strong aroma and well-balanced acidity. 

Reduce the balsamic down and use sparingly over macerated strawberries or as a  sauce for pork or roasted vegetables. Perfect for deglazing a pan used for roasted meats.
