Alpaca Bed Socks

These ‘bed socks’ are made using a higher percentage of alpaca yarn than our usual socks  – at 90%, a far higher alpaca content than many similar socks on the market. They have less nylon elastic which make them perfect for wearing in bed as they will not constrict the blood circulation. They also allow the feet to breathe and not overheat. Alpaca has hypoallergenic properties making them good for those with sensitive skin prone to irritations from wool.

CARE

Machine washable on a wool cycle no hotter than 30ºC.

The alpaca yarn has no kink for bacteria to breed therefore they do not require frequent washing. A week's wear without washing is not unreasonable. Try for yourself.
