Esplosivo Italian Chilli Sauce

The 'Esplosivo' is an Italian chilli sauce packed with aubergines, peppers and artichokes which give an impressive flavour and depth. Packs a punch in flavour with a gentle heat from the chilli. 

This can be used as a sauce to work through pasta, roasted vegetables or served alongside meat. Esplosivo is also delicious on toasted or fresh bread as a snack or simple starter.
