Tapenades and pastes


These delicious products are made in the foothills of the Alps. One using Ligurian olives and the best olive oil with a good kick of chilli, one is a classic peperoncino and the other is the Calabria Bella made with chili, mushrooms, aubergines, capers and herbs. They are all beautifully simple with endless culinary applications and most importantly utterly delicious. 

All of them can be used as a sauce to work through pasta, roasted vegetables or served alongside meat. They are also delicious with toasted or fresh bread as a snack or simple starter. 

The Spicy black olive tapenade we devour on thin dry crisp breads or grissini, add a tomato and some rocket for a delicious tartine or stirred in to a simple tomato sauce which gives an extra flavour and depth.
