Duration: Approximately 9 months with an expected start date of 15 July 2026
Days/Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm Tues, Thurs, Friday

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for retail and wholesale aspects of the business with some administrative tasks.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous customer/client facing experience in sales
- A confident personality comfortable in a front-of-house role with strong communication skills
- An interest in homewares, clothing and cosmetics with a willingness to acquire in-depth product knowledge
- Strong organisational skills, initiative and an ability to multitask in a busy, public-facing environment
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
- An eye for presentation and an ability to package neatly
- Full computer literacy with experience using spreadsheets and a retail platform like Shopify
- Previous experience dealing with wholesale clients
- Some administrative and HR experience
- Basic knowledge of Adobe suite (InDesign specifically)
Contract Information
This role is offered on a fixed-term basis to provide cover during a period of maternity leave. The contract is expected to last approximately 9 months, although the end date may vary depending on business needs and the return date of the employee on maternity leave.
