Do you have a click and collect service?
Yes, we do offer a click and collect option from our store located in Lewes. You can find the option towards the end of the checkout process.
Do you provide free shipping?
Orders to the UK over £150 will receive Free Shipping. This does not apply for express shipping. It will automatically be assigned standard delivery.
What are your shipping options?
We offer our customers two options for shipping, standard delivery or express delivery.
Standard UK delivery is charged at a rate of £5.00 per order for 3- 5-day delivery service. Express UK delivery is charged at a rate of £10 per order with a two-day delivery service.
We use a combination of Royal Mail and alternative couriers depending on the size of the parcel, delivery address & the type of postage chosen during checkout.
Two-day delivery does not apply to Islands and Highlands**
Do you provide gift wrap service?
We wrap every parcel with care and nice tissue paper and packing materials.
If you would like to add a note with your order so that the recipient has a personal message with the goods, please leave your personalised note in the ‘NOTE’ section at the checkout and we will include this inside the parcel for you.
We do not include any receipts or price information inside our online orders.
We do use recycled boxes and materials where possible in our packing. If you would prefer to not have this for your order, please leave us a note to say you would not like us to use recycled materials.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We have ensured that all our suppliers are now packaging our products with cellulose packets and corn chips. Unless otherwise specified, all online items are shipped in re-used boxes and packing materials.
Where are your manufacturers based?
Two thirds of our products are manufactured in the UK, including Sussex, Oxfordshire, and Shetland. By using UK-based manufactures we reduce the amount of unnecessary shipping which contributes to reducing our Carbon Footprint. The items that come from further afield are sourced from Europe to minimise the impact of shipping. We seek provenance and information of the furthest possible starting point for all our goods; ensuring we know the full journey of how our products get to us.
What is your return policy?
We hope you are happy with you purchase from Freight Shop Ltd but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition within 20 days of purchase. Please note however we are unable to reimburse postage costs incurred. We avoid excessive paper waste with our parcels, so we do not post out receipts. If you would like to return an item to us, please just put your name and order number in with the item and what you would like us to do - exchange or refund.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Sometimes goods do get broken in transit, but we will always do our upmost to ensure that goods are well packaged to avoid this occurring.
Many of our items are handmade and have specific care instructions which are listed below each item online.
