Heavy Cotton Apron

An apron in our house is one of first things we sling on when we walk through the door. Depending on the mood, it can either be a safety blanket or a call to action. Therefore, designing an apron which did a proper job was important to us. There's nothing worse than an ill-fitting apron: one that barely covers the front of you or one that is too loose.

The resulting apron is made from a heavy cotton that is hard-wearing yet pliable enough to wrap snugly around the body and allow ease of movement. The neck has a fully adjustable strap with lovely brass fittings, so you can make it the perfect length without the hassle of untying each time. It's designed to sit high on the chest to midway down the shin with a good length around so you are truly and properly wrapped.

The cloth is produced in England and the aprons are manufactured by our clothing producers in Sussex.
