Stainless Steel Chef's Knife

A large, professional chef's knife with a stainless steel blade for longevity and a choice of either a boxwood or tonewood handle. Both tonewood and box are used in the making of musical instruments and are hard-wearing and warm to the touch.  

The manufacturers of these knives use the same artisanal techniques established by the company's founders in 1917 maintaining the original quality. All knives are sharpened by hand at the end of the process.

CARE

Wash by hand, never in the dishwasher.
Stainless steel knives can be left to drip dry. 
To maintain the sheen of the wooden handle you can oil the wood when it starts to dull.
