Chocolate praline 'Salami'

There is no salami involved in this product! This is in fact a high quality crunchy praline coated in dark chocolate and dusted with icing sugar. Made with hazelnuts and almonds. Perfect for slicing, just like a salami. Ideal to share after dinner, or even with a hot cup of tea after a chilly winter walk. 

In the Berry region of France, the passion for good chocolate has been passed down through four generations of the Mercier family. Today, Daniel and his son Julien who perpetuate the know-how inherited from their forefathers in the manufacture of biscuits and chocolates. A traditional manufacturing process combined with a strict selection of the best cocoa varieties.

A good chocolate starts with a good bean, the Maison Mercier has joined the association of "Chocolatiers Engagés" which campaigns for a more responsible production of cocoa. Daniel Mercier is not only a Master Chocolatier but also a Planter Chocolatier. By creating its "Ticul" plantation in Mexico, the chocolate factory is promoting a short circuit, where working hand in hand with local producers and respecting the environment are priorities. From this plantation comes the exceptional cocoa from which Mercier's succulent chocolates are made.
