This flat shorcrust biscuit is made with wheat flour, a lot of butter, sugar, fresh eggs and salt. It contains no preservatives or colourings. This is a family recipe that has been produced by the Broye Du Poitou family since 1976.
Tradition has it that it must broken open using your fist instead of a knife and then shared as you desire with different size pieces to choose from.
