Sarah uses Ecosilver which is a premium material using silver recycled from jewellery, giftware and electronic sources. The 18 carat gold vermeil is added to a silver base for a high quality finish with a lovely matt tone. 

Gold Vermeil describes jewellery that is made from solid silver and is then coated in a generous layer of gold. This traditional technique has been used for over 100 years and results in a layer of gold many times thicker than the more modern technique of gold plating.
