Beautifully finished, hot forged Stainless Steel Professional Shears made by Pallares, a family-run business that has been producing quality tools for decades.

The lower blade is lightly serrated on the outer side for good grip, and the handle is designed for comfortable holding, both for delicate and tough chopping!

These shears are perfectly weighty, very elegant and extremely sharp. It is recommended that they are sharpened every 3-4 years. This is made easier with a simple nut and bolt pivot dismantling mechanism.
