We have been looking for an alternative olive oil that we could import direct from source and finally we have found a fantastic oil to offer our customers that we can vouch for in flavour and quality.

Raineri Extra virgin olive oil from Liguria, Italy. Cold pressed processed from a family origin grove.

The Raineri family grove has been running since 1910 in Imperia. Established by Leonardo Raineri who wanted to establish a small business to valorize the great heritage of Liguria olives and oil. The Raineri group now take care of over 10,000 precious olive trees and a 25 hectare grove. From here they can follow every stage of the production: harvesting, pressing, processing, storage and bottling ensuring great quality.

“Oro di Frantoio” has a very green and fresh flavour. It is a cold-pressed filtered extra virgin olive oil, with a unique golden-yellow colour. It is pleasantly fruity with grassy undertones.

It is best used for seasoning your fresh salads, pasta dishes and cooked or raw vegetables, without overpowering their flavours.

The Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil is obtained only from the most prized variety of olives, “Taggiasca” or “Gentile”, in the perfect climate. Making it a rarer and more prized variety.

It has an unmistakable taste and a unique fragrance, DNV certified. It has a delicate, sweet and slightly fruity flavour. Mentioned are aftertastes of almond and artichoke.

Recommended with salads, meat or seafood dishes, pasta dishes and bruschetta, where this oil will really help to enhance the flavours.
