Sicilian Sugared Almonds

Refined Pelino sugared almonds. The crisp sugar coating creates a beautiful eggshell layer around each Sicilian almond.

Pelino have been making fine Italian confectionary since 1783 and are best known for their expertise in making "confetti", the name given to these sugared almonds in Sulmona. Traditionally given as gifts at almost all celebrations, they are absolutely made to be shared.
