Augusta Panettoni was started in 1945 in Milan by a master pastry chef, custodian of the traditional "Panettone Milano" recipe. The classic Pandoro is a favourite for those who prefer the simpler Christmas cake option as it’s a plain vanilla cake with a dusting of icing sugar. No fruit or peel just a simply delicious cake to be enjoyed for Christmas.
