Sardines in olive oil with Lemon - A classic taste of the Mediterranean with sardines simply prepared and preserved in olive oil, lemon and salt. Succulent and zesty.
Sardines in spiced oil - Juicy sardines caught in the Atlantic, landed in Matosinhos, near Porto and immediately canned for superior freshness. The sardines are garnished with onion and famous malagueta pepper which makes them slightly spicy.
Spiced tuna fillets - Pole and line caught skipjack tuna, hand carved off the bone and then steamed before being bathed in olive oil infused with aromatics, spices and chilli. Perfect eaten alone also delicious accompanied with hard boiled eggs or on potatoes.
Mackerel fillets in Olive oil - Mackerel caught and canned close to Matosinhos, near to Porto when they are in season in Summer and at their plumpest. Then covered in olive oil. Simple and delicious.
